Jon Moniz explores temptation and control with "Dawg Bone"

Not every temptation is worth following, and Jon Moniz's "Dawg Bone" is built on that idea. This hip-hop/R&B release hits with high energy, colliding short attention spans with the discovery of something real.

"Dawg Bone" tells a story about temptation and self-control. Its bold premise defies the compulsion to seize upon every opportunity simply because it is available, infusing the record with a thematic underpinning that lends weight to the lively surface. It's meant for repeat spins, packed parties, and viral reels, but with a little control and discernment.

Vagalam handled the production, and the Moniz family and the team at Auto Devenzo made this project possible with their supportive production, while K-Why? mastered it. Those credits are part of the release's shared foundation, a reminder of the team that brought it to the screen.

The accompanying music video only intensifies the vibe, with visuals of Montréal energy at night and a sleek, cinematic aesthetic. Simon of Disjoncté Productions directed & produced the video, featuring model Rosemika of Les Perles agency, while Tony handled logistics and planning for Light Warrior Nation. "Dawg Bone" blends energetic hip-hop/R&B performance with a simple meditation on desire, attention, and reality.
