MomoBaby and Dank Kastle deliver "That's Our Job," a hard-hitting hip-hop and rap collab built on contrasting energies and a shared sense of purpose. They show that having a vision is half the challenge of building something meaningful; the other half is the desire to keep creating, improving, taking risks, and moving forward.
This song is about the work behind a larger creative vision, and the emphasis makes for a song of energy rooted in persistence, not easy success. The performance deliberately balances feminine and masculine energy, with MomoBaby and Dank Kastle's different voices giving the record a unique flavor.
Their two verses and confident flows show off their differences, but the sharp lyricism keeps the collab tightly connected. The record concludes with a direct dialogue between the two voices, contrasting the two opposing perspectives instead of separating them.
"That's Our Job" is effective because the concept shows the discipline to keep going, to keep trying new things, and to keep pushing. MomoBaby and Dank Kastle put that attitude to work on a focused rap collab where chemistry, contrast, and determination drive the record throughout.
