Terry Borderline turns disruption into sound on "Glitch"

Terry Borderline and Gasoline Monk's new hip-hop single, "Glitch," released via Monk's Temple Records, features a creative identity built around a deceptively simple but provocative idea.

The collaboration with Gasoline Monk adds an extra dimension to the track, and Monk's Temple Records' involvement connects the single to a dedicated creative and independent release structure. The production further ties the project to the label that officially released it.

Terry Borderline uses the idea of a "Glitch" as a starting point for a larger hip-hop statement about organized disruption. "Glitch" is less about explaining disruption than making you sit with the possibility of disruption. The idea is simple, catchy, and especially suited to hip-hop's way of taking everyday ideas and turning them into sharper cultural observations.
